Integrated process management consists of two operating procedures. One shows the details meant for certified operator while the other describes should be done. These processes explain how you can apply them on management. In management, what a manager should do is to let organization‘s work be done by other people therefore, he or she should have skills to control the members of his or her organization. In private sectors, the employees get rewards for the great work they carry out which is quite different in public sectors. This is because in public sectors no one is transparent hence the business can not meet its targets.

Management involves the utilization of the resources available in order to get the best results. A manager should ensure that resources are utilized as required since in any business we don’t have control over clients or the suppliers. Sales and management can be a great threat to the organization when the managers get large amounts of salary. This is because the costs will be high and the management very costly. This may lead to organization’s downfall. The strategic management constitutes strategy formulation, implementation, evaluation and situation analysis Process management should change with the dynamic change of net processes.
