Generic Service process
IBM makes use of Generic Service clients to invoke calls to services running on the webserver and to manage the reply from the server. This runs on HTML, JMS and websphere server. This generic service client provides you to have a dedicated client to invoke calls. It also enables to configure the transportation and the security features of the call and also allows to edit the parameters for the call character and its attachments. This generic service client also consists of the call history which makes an entry when ever a call is successfully established. You could also browse through the call history and make test calls by selecting an entry.
