Development competence management

Competence is the ability of an individual to do the given job correctly and within the given frame of time. Competency involves showing the intelligence, skill and talent required for performing the job. Competence of any person could be in any of the five levels as given by Dreyfus and Dreyfus, namely, novice, experienced beginner, practitioner, knowledgeable practitioner and expert. Developing competence is the process involved in improving the competence of an individual level by level. These developing of competence could be achieved by proper management of competence such as skill, talent and intelligence. So competence management should be done for achieving a better individual.
