Define Management Process

Management process is whereby one takes overall control over a certain work. It may be in a company or an organization where sales manager is the core or the controller of any activity. Management in business sector mainly focuses on customer’s wants and needs. Management in any business organization should change with the changing world in order to prosper or to obtain maximum profits. For a company to meet its targets, its management should reduce the time and moves between a client research and purchase.

In management, what a manager should do is to let organization‘s work be done by other people therefore he or she should have knowledge and skills to control the members of his or her organization. In private sector, the employees get rewards for the great work they carry out which is quite different in public sectors. This is because in public sectors no one is transparent hence the business can not meet its targets. Management involves the utilization of the resources available in order to get the best results. A manager should ensure that resources are utilized as required since in a company or any business we don’t have control over clients and suppliers among others.
